Hand Roasted Guatemala Black Bull Beans

Sometimes size does matter!

Known commonly as elephant, but more correctly termed maragogype, these naturally huge coffee beans grow inside oversized cherries amongst the normal fruit on the branches of the arabica bushes. The yield is so small it takes a number of farms to produce even a small crop, hence the price!

Naturally huge maragogype beans which produce a gorgeous  flavour tinged with rich chocolate and honey.
